WIFA is proud to feature two lovely ladies that are doing great things. Read on to learn about WIFA members, Jamie Zacharias and Adala Bolto!

Registered Nurse, MSN, Nurse Practitioner, Cooper Certified Instructor & Personal Trainer, TCU Collegiate Athlete & Marathon Runner, Co-founder of MASHUP™. Jamie has been in the health and fitness industry for 17 years and is a proud mother of 4 and devoted wife currently in the DFW area. She has been involved with personal training and group exercise at numerous facilities in addition to co-founding MASHUP™. She also works at MEDI Weightloss Clinics as a Nurse Practitioner. Being raised in an active family and whose mom entertained the idea of making fitness videos before Jane Fonda came along, it’s not a surprise that her passion lies in fitness and nutrition. She is highly motivated to serve others by helping them learn how to live the healthiest, happiest life possible that God intended for them. She is passionate about helping others achieve and maintain optimal wellness through a more holistic approach versus just traditional medicine. She believes that nutrition is an integral component (80% nutrition/20% other lifestyle factors) of optimal health and in reaching your fitness goals because she has witnessed firsthand how it can change people’s lives. She is very passionate about educating individuals about this and giving them the tools they need to be successful not just with weight loss, but in improving their overall health and reducing the need for medical interventions.

Adala Bolto has a strong passion and dedication to fitness with more than 12 years in the industry. She has excelled in her career as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specialising in tailored programs for 1:1 female clients and small group training. Leveraging her industry experience as well as her strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills, Adala first joined Australia’s leading female fitness brand, Fernwood, as a club manager. In 2014, she then went on to become the franchisee of Fernwood Ryde in Sydney. As her passion for fitness grew and her loyal clientele continued to smash their goals, Adala saw a gap in the Australian market for a bespoke fitness program targeting younger women. In July 2017, equipped with a clever idea and a strong business plan, Adala teamed up with Fernwood and co-founded ZADI Training. Now, ZADI Training is set to make its mark in the fitness industry with ambitious plans to roll out many locations both locally and internationally.
