Over the last 17 years, I have worked for a variety of gyms as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have established two mentor programs in addition to working as a Group Fitness Team Leader, Health Club Coordinator, Group Exercise Coordinator and Group Exercise Manager. I am a regular writer for the Australian Fitness Network magazine and an Executive Member of the Women in Fitness Association.

Every day I still feel privileged to do something I love, which makes a difference to peoples lives.

The first 6 years of my adult working life were as a TV presenter and producer. KTV sold to over 30 overseas countries and the Nine Network, and won a Logie Award for Most Popular Children's TV Show in 1990. During this time I also produced other TV shows, performed in stage shows and hosted a drive time radio show. In 1991 I completed the Producing course at AFTRS where I met my husband and won several awards for my films, one of which took me to the Cannes Film Festival. In 1992 I established my first film company, Emerald Films. We produced a wide range of award winning films and television programs. I established Deus Films in 1998 after my first child was born. I continued filmmaking until 2 years after the birth of my second child, when I then made a conscious choice to move into the health and fitness industry.

Working in this industry is my passion now and for the future. I cannot image anything else I would love more or anything else that would allow me to make a greater difference to so many people's lives.
