I am an outcomes focussed, fitness qualified professional with a unique combination of experience in this highly competitive market. My results speak for themselves. I thrive on delivering exceptional outcomes. I have worked hard to build a reputation for success, integrity, stakeholder management and managing business change. I am a commercially minded individual with a wealth of experience in communication and business across the fitness industry. Within the successful companies, I have worked for, I have planned, directed and implemented programs to achieve objectives and business success. I am responsive and achievement oriented. I have been a part of companies that go beyond the expected, which has seen me, held in high esteem. An energetic professional, I bring a unique approach to our Industry. I am recognised for being part of and leading, high performing teams working both well autonomously and within a dynamic environment delivering results. I understand the value of brand reputation, while recognising the value of people and customers with awareness for best industry practice. In the last 4 years I have stepped away from being the Managing Director of Snap Fitness focussing on a consulting career while managing my own own clubs and studio.
