I've always had a passion for health and fitness, and for helping those around me to be not just healthy, but happy. I've worked with the aging population, to improve their quality of life through movement and strength training. I've also worked with children, finding fun ways to be active. This is my passion!
As a dedicated Movement Teacher, I have garnered a proven track record of commended performance teaching Pilates and Fitness Instructor Trainees, with a passion for education and a commitment to optimizing student success. Through my work with Absolute Center LLC, I have leveraged valuable insights in business management and have demonstrated an acumen for coaching clients in sales, digital marketing, finance and HR and as an Evernote Certified Consultant. Through a non-competitive and innovative approach, I enjoy imparting my knowledge and expertise while playing an important role in driving business success. An avid and energetic multitasker, I am currently serving as Board Member on two nonprofit organizations while being part of an award and scholarship committee along with a Festival Committee. Since 2005, I have also taken up a faculty role for Balanced Body®, an internationally recognized Pilates and fitness organization while thriving in my role as international presenter for Pilates and CoreAlign.
