Sarah is a Denver based attorney, Colorado native and former Division I soccer player who grew up in a health conscious family – attending multiple yoga camps before she reached the age of ten, watching her mother teach Kundalini yoga classes out of her house in the ‘80s, and eating kale tofu salads before they were trendy. Except for a brief stint in Boston, Sarah grew up in the outdoors of Fort Collins playing every sport possible until eventually choosing soccer and accepting a scholarship to play at the University of Idaho. Sarah knew she wanted to return to her roots to practice law and start a family.  She began her career as a judicial clerk and then a commercial litigator at large firms in the Denver area.  She transitioned to a transactional based practice as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company, where her practice focused on commercial contracts, real estate transactions, and providing practical legal counsel to her clients.  However, in the middle of growing her career, Sarah had two babies 13 months apart, and found that trying to balance a career on someone else’s schedule while being a present parent was not possible. Sarah decided that starting her own firm, working in the industry she knows and with clients with the same passion for health and wellness that she possesses, may just allow her to find the balance in her life that we all seek. Sarah lives in Broomfield with her husband Cody, her daughter and son, and her running partner and the family dog, Mazzy. Sarah has hung up her soccer cleats and traded them for some gym chalk, an oly bar, a bike, wetsuit and runners.  She satisfies her competitive itch with Crossfit ® and is working on her second triathlon.  She hopes to get back to her yogi roots when she has more time (at least that’s what she tells her mom).
