This week's Feature Friday is highlighting, WIFA Women, Nikki Williams and Stevyn Guinnip! Read on to learn more.

My passion has always been to support people to live healthier and happier lives and now I have the opportunity to expand this vision to support NZ exercise professional, individuals and facilities, to run healthier and happier businesses. I find out where your stress points and difficult areas in your exercise business and put you in contact with people & resources which can help you manage the tough, time-consuming, sometimes boring topics. I work on, and in, achievement enhancing, knowledge base expanding, mutually respectful, empowering relationships. Let's work together.

Whether you are working on your own health or helping others get healthy, the only question you need to ask yourself is, "Do I want to hit my goals this year?" If the answer is yes, we might be a good fit: I help people & organizations build their wellness portfolio so they can enjoy more health, productivity & freedom. I believe in a 'no worries' approach to wellness. Less is more, and the biggest impact on wellness can be found in 3 lifestyle-related silent killers:
1. Chronic Sedentariness: As children we were told to hold still and pay attention in school; however, we learned our lesson too well and have become a culture of chronic sitters. I believe that constantly moving throughout both childhood and adulthood is necessary for health, productivity, and happiness...and science backs me up.
2. Chronic Stress: Life should be enjoyable with wide margins. Creating spaces and habits that deter stress brings happiness and long term health. De-stressing everyday is as simple as breathing or as proactive as relaxation & recovery zones.
3. Chronic Mal-Nutrition: Our society is too caught up in elimination diets and what we CAN'T eat. However, real wellness is found when we get the good stuff INTO our bodies. When we focus on what good things we are going to nourish our bodies with, the bad stuff naturally gets squeezed out.
