We believe the foundation for productive conversations start with understanding the scope of the subject and being on the same page with the definitions.

Even internally we find that we need to stay completely checked-in to these areas.  

WIFA is in the process of conducting our own internal DEI Audit.  This process is incredibly important for us as we stand with passionate conviction behind DEI initiatives.  As we dive deeper into this subject we realise that there is a lot of education that we need to do ourselves to progress in this area.  We know we aren't alone here and would like to encourage you all to join us on this path.
