I started my working journey in ministry of education as a teacher of English language school, senior supervisor in governmental schools, a supervisor of educational training and strategic planning, and consultant of educational courses. After having my early retirement from MOE, I changed my path to another educational field, being fitness instructor. In 2016 I got my FIS, 2017 I got my PTS, and yoga 1&2, in addition to different types of certificates like boot camp, barre,quenex..etc. In 2017 I started translating FIS &PTS course while given by pro trainer: Julie Boucher.

Every experience has lead Ashley Carter to be exactly where she is today, doing this very thing- health coaching and fitness training. Beginning with graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health to becoming an IIN certified health coach and an ACE certified personal trainer, her education and experiences have equipped her with extensive knowledge in health coaching, preventative health and fitness training. Ashley chose this field because she wanted to help people make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results by educating them about the importance of eating proper foods and engaging in movement.

Akaylah Jaeke is a faculty member at Madison College in the Fitness, Recreation and Wellness programs. She is an ACE Subject Matter Expert and holds all four ACE certifications including: Medical Exercise Specialist, Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Group Fitness. She holds a BS in Exercise Physiology and a MA in Health and Human Performance. She enjoys teaching future leaders in the field and is passionate about the student college experience.

In the past 10 years, Adia Callahan has developed a very strong foundation in group exercise and personal training. She holds acquired certifications in numerous fitness formats and she finds great enjoyment in teaching Pilates, TRX, and Strength Training formats.

Adia formally studies as a fitness specialist at Lake Washington Technical College and operated her own personal training business. She has also worked with AFAA and Silver Sneakers as fitness instructor evaluators.
Adia is a true believer in the principle that it is the instructor’s duty to make fitness safe, fun and accessible for anyone that chooses to pursue fitness training regardless of the format.
