WIFA is proud to feature two lovely ladies that are doing great things. Read on to learn about WIFA members, Petra Kolber and Jonelle Dickson!

I am a keynote speaker who leaves the audience with actionable tools and strategies that they can implement immediately to elevate their confidence. I am the author of the book The Perfection Detox: Tame Your Inner Critic, Live Bravely and Unleash your Joy and the host of The Perfection Detox Podcast. My focus is mindset, specifically on shifting our focus from all that we believe we are not to working in our existing strengths. By utilizing practices from the science of positive psychology I show the audience how to make these positive beliefs a daily habit. I know we have the power at every moment, with every breath, to change our perspective on anything life brings our way. I know this is the key to living a happy and productive life. I combine the science from positive psychology with my 30 years experience presenting around the world, to empower the audience in front of me. Whether I am working one on one or keynoting to an audience of 1000, I teach strategies on how to place consistent action behind our work enabling us to transform our day to day job into a career and find our calling. I teach my clients and audiences how to utilize courage and confidence, so that they can live a life of meaning and purpose. I create workshops, retreats, and programs that combine evidence-based inspiration with real-life application. As a two-time cancer survivor, I am passionate about waking people up to the power of their own story and the precious gift of time.My mission is to inspire people to move to happiness. Whether presenting to a group of 1,000 or at an intimate gathering of 10, 1 bring heart, humor, energy and empathy to all of my presentations. I have spoken for Avon, ISPA, medical and fitness Conventions and led breakout sessions for numerous companies. I am the recipient of the Canadian Fitness Professionals International Instructor of the year 2016 and 2000, IDEA Instructor of the Year (2001), ECA Best Female Presenter 2014, 2011, 2010, 2004 and 2003.

Jonelle Dickson believes that fitness should be more than a short term answer, but instead a journey to a healthy mind, body and soul. Human services and helping others have always been important to Jonelle. With a background (and Masters Degree) in Speech Language Pathology, and a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, she has worked with people in many stages of life and healing. Jonelle brings her holistic approach to health and fitness to her yoga, fitness and Zen Barre® classes, as well as to the methodology of her uniqueZen Barre® Certification program. Jonelle is a certified Barre Instructor, 200RYT Yoga Instructor, and a Pilates Instructor. Jonelle is also a certified Yoga Body Bootcamp Instructor. She holds a Personal Training certificate from ISSA, the International Sports Sciences Association. After teaching in the fitness world for several years, Jonelle decided to open her own Yoga & Barre Fitness studio, The Zen Barre, located in Dallas, PA. For Jonelle, being active in the fitness world and helping others has provided an outlet of light and happiness for her. She loves building a sense of community while inspiring others. Jonelle’s purpose is to help others find the happiness and strength she has been so blessed to discover through fitness.
