Additionally, Danielle is experienced in creating original programming for HIIT and circuit-based studios, coaching instructors to maximize their teaching potential, and creating corporate wellness programs for businesses.

With almost 20 years of progressive recruitment experience, Jennifer is currently the Manager of the Canadian and Latin American Talent Acquisition teams at Worley, sourcing domestic and international talent for offices across the Region.

Jennifer is a results-driven Recruitment Manager with a track record of demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex technical recruitment and operational efforts. Focused on operational excellence, exceeding clients’ expectations, recruitment efficiency, and candidate engagement by developing and implementing creative recruiting and sourcing strategies that cultivate high performance environments. Experienced in building, coaching and managing full-cycle recruiting teams in technical, high volume and fast-paced environments. She possesses strong project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement including identifying areas for process improvement and building upon existing tools and technology. Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands and changing needs effectively.
