This week’s Feature Friday is highlighting WIFA Women, Lucy Adey and Kristina Carter!

Lucy believes that perfect people placement lives at the intersection of art and science. She hand-picks executive go-getters for purpose-driven health and fitness companies. Lucy, along with her business Good Soul Hunting, exists to accelerate the efforts of these companies to do good in the world, by matching them with good souls who share their passion and who have the skillset to explosively grow their impact. They specialize in the fit-tech, well-tech and personalized health sectors.
Lucy has a 15-year career in HR, employment law and international agency recruitment. With degrees in Law and Psychology from the University of Otago, and an Associate CIPD Intermediate Certificate of Human Resources Management, she has devoted the last decade to building teams and people strategy across New Zealand, the US and the UK.

Kristina is an experienced healthcare advocate and wellness professional with a proven ability to create and promote a patient-centered culture through leadership, motivational interviewing and engagement. She is skilled in group presentations, health and wellness coaching, and group fitness instruction. She is a multi-state registered pharmacist, board certified patient advocate, and ACE certified group fitness instructor, health coach and senior fitness specialist.
