This week’s Feature Friday is highlighting WIFA Women, Kia Williams and Kris Mulkey!

Kia is an educator, motivator, presenter, and leader dedicated to helping others reach their potential. As a fitness professional, she is an international presenter, master trainer, educational content creator, and programmer. She also manages, mentors, and develops fitness instructors, personal trainers, yoga teachers, and coaches. Her career strengths include programming, content creation, staff development, collaboration, strategic planning, customer service, and business development. Her personal strengths are responsibility, creativity, innovative and progressive thinking, dependability, dedication, and empathy.
Fitness, health, and wellness have always been important components of Kia's life. She wishes for everyone to be socially, physically, emotionally, occupationally, financially, spiritually, and environmentally conscious and well.
As a group exercise instructor and personal trainer she has worked with various populations including: senior citizens, business professionals, new moms, university employees, students, runners, collegiate athletes, and prenatal clients. She is always proud of her clients' efforts. And she is overjoyed when helping them reach their goals.

Kris loves building teams, driving member engagement, and growing retail businesses with innovative marketing solutions. She rolls up her sleeves right with her team to get it done. If you hire great people, and you all work together you'll accomplish great things.
This quote really resonates with Kris right now:
“The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It’s as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now.” —Nolan Bushnell
